Simplify digestion pressurization with automatic gas loading and flushing module.

The Automatic Gas Module (AGM) provides hassle free automatic loading and operation of gas, without the need to close and open stand-alone tanks.

Simplifying the nitrogen loading sequence to “single click” operation, the AGM allows operators to load pressure directly through the ultraWAVE terminal, virtually eliminating handling time.  

At the conclusion of the digestion process, the AGM automatically releases pressure from the ultraWAVE and flushes the ultraWAVE’s pressure lines. Pressure regulators or gas lines can be left open, minimizing the need for operator intervention, and enhancing the overall productivity of your lab.

On the other hand, the flushing is design to remove any residual condensation from the high-pressure lines. This procedure ensures better cleaning of the lines, longer lifetime of the components and allow to achieve even lower blanks levels.​
